It not really ghosted in the sense that I click on one tab, then another and then see the scrollbar. While on the second tab, I have to click in an area in which the scrollbar is located on the first tab. So it's like the scrollbar is actually getting focus. Or the scrollbar has some sort of SUPER-MEGA-ZORDER in which it processes a click before any viewable object processes the click. I will check on another computer with lower video acceleration setting to see if the other computer gets the same problem. This would rule out bad video driver (assuming a different setup than this puter of course).
