I don't think the issue is the religion, but the interpretation of it. That has always been an issue
with the Bible - the concept of 'free will'. According to the Bible, you can do whatever you want.
If you choose to follow Gods word, then you reap the benefit, if not, then you reap the consequences.
The greater problem is that people tend to interpret free will as 'I can do whatever I want in Gods name'
As far as these folks, I find it extremely hypocritial, as they also fall under the
Biblical classification of sinners, yet the condem others for sinning.
