I am one of the noobs that asks questions all the time. In fact, I came here to ask a question just now. I try to learn from my mistakes and from the answers that other people give me, and I try to answer when I can, and when I see issues that I have experience, but to tell you the truth I am not very qualified to answer others' problems.

I also come on here for more than just the "free help", as I enjoy reading the chatter threads, and in particular the sports threads (even though I don't understand how people can be Broncos fans ;-)). I also enjoy the community gained from this site, and someday if I am ever at a conference of any sort and come upon anybody from this site, I would think that would be extremely cool.

I work for an organization that doesn't get the financial resources we need, yet strive by "finding a way." I have probably indirectly gained financially though the many solutions I have found here, but since I am "workin for the man" I don't think they will spring for a subscription.

Now, in a few years when I accomplish a few professional goals I will definitely make every attempt possible to "cough it up." But for now I find your post rude and unnecessary.
