I have created a windows forms application. Several of the forms have the mmPicker control, in my development environment the picker works fine. However, when deploying to a workstation from my setup.exe the mmPicker does not work correct. The 2 buttons to the right of the text box do not appear. What could cause the buttons to not appear?

As a follow up, should the following be excluded from my setup:
dte80a.olb
vslangproj.olb
envdte.dll
I've tried with them included and excluded from the build.
