If this is a Windows Forms application, you can choose to leave the Windows Forms "as is", without using the new partial class model. The single-class form model still works great under VS 2005. If this is a Web Forms application, you need to run the Visual Studio Web Project Conversion Wizard. Microsoft released a new version of this which you can download from this link:
