I'm certainly no expert and haven't done any searches for tools such as this, but just given the nature of what you want to do, I would think it'd be almost impossible to have a tool to do this.

Now, if your existing app is structured in such a way that you have isolated classes for you server-side data access and biz stuff, then it will be a lot easier for you to convert your app.
