It wasn't banned; that suggests government action. A network chose not to show it. That's their prerogative.

Oddly, though I haven't seen much of Family Guy, I have seen (most of) this episode. It's mildly offensive, but no more so than Family Guy generally is. They poke fun at everybody.

IAC, seems to me the question is why Fox chose not to show it, who made the decision, have other episodes been treated the same way, etc., etc.?
