You can run following query to find duplicate keys that already exist in the view
SELECT cv.* FROM (cView) cv 
  JOIN (cTable) ct 
     ON ct.own_Owner_Code = cv.own_Owner_Code 
       AND ct.typ_Customer_Type = cv.typ_Customer_Type
