Perry;

The only good thing about the Nixon years was when Agnew resigned for taking illegal bribes while governor of Maryland. “I am innocent of any wrong doing”! That just goes to show you that politicians expect to be bribed and it is not wrong. Imagine the country being run by Agnew?

Now we have the advantage that should the President be impeached, the position of the President will be filled by the Vice President. On second thought…HELP! :)

>Go ahead. I've talked to many people who've taken vacations to other countries. And they are very put off by the talk they've heard. And in no cases did they feel the need to express an opinion of "it's too bad..." or something like that. They are all of the opinion that something is wrong for so many to express that opinion.

>Is this something exclusive to Bush? Of course not. The US in general has made many a poor decision when choosing allies. In many cases our govt has backed vicious dicators in their mission to block the spread of communism.

>However, there's something different about present times. Don't know if it's because I've gotten older, but there's something very, very different about today.

>There have been several people who were previously part of the current administration who've left and made claims that Bush has no interest in international affairs. Some of these people worked for previous administrations and compare today in a vastly different light to their experiences with Clinton and Bush senior.

>Not since the Nixon days have I seen a president so in denial about what he's done. For every case you can show me where handing vast powers to one person has led to good things, I can show you 10 where some very bad things happen.

>Our government was initially designed the way it was for a reason, with a separation of powers.
