Dragan,
You understood my problem correctly.
There's 2 problems,
One is the problem as you have mentioned the solution, the other is that the backend process generates documents which the client is unable to see until their log out of the terminal service session and log in again.
The process works this way, subsidiary company sends a purchase requisition to HQ. HQ consolidates all such requisition and decides whether HQ will do the purchasing or subsidiary.
If HQ does the purchasing, the back end process then generates an official purchase order from the subsidiary to the HQ while HQ receives a customer purchase order.
The problem now is that once HQ has confirmed the process, it cannot see the subsidiary purchase order generated by the backend process until he logs out and in again.
Similarly, the subsidiary cannot see the generated purchase order until he logs out and in again.
Hope its clear.
Yau
