>I have a client who has added a new user machine with XP professional. This user gets the message "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" everytime a VFP 6.0 application (exe) is run. The other users running Windows 2000 do not get this message. Is there any way to turn this off at the executeable level?

You could try installing the app while logged in as an administrator of that new machine, and make sure (if applicable) that the app is installed for "all users" rather than "current user only" (depends on what installer program is used). You may also need to uninstall then reinstall.
