How about one "stand alone" computer connected through a small router to the net and dedicated to video conferencing? With no local network connection, you and the IS folks would both be happy.

>>>Hi folks. We would like to set up web-based video conferencing. Our IS dept will not change our firewall to allow conventional videoconferencing. Is there an software that allows just port 80 to be open? Can Windows Messenger or Microsoft Netmeeting be configured to work on port 80?

>>>- sharing of an application such as the agenda for the meeting
>>>- sharing of a whiteboard

>>Hmm, I don't think products like GoToMeeting will meet all your needs.
