For some reason, the User Login Form will not render in VS 2005. When I create a new inherited form and inherit from mmUserLoginForm, Visual Studio displays an error screen saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

I have tried re-creating, rebuilding, re-referencing, but cannot get it to display. It did display last week, so it might be something about the way SourceSafe has screwed up my project. Any ideas?
