It would be equally unfair to blame it on President Bush, so I am not playing partisan politics. Larger forces that were building for a long time led to 9/11. Even the President of the U.S. can only do so much. Especially when the "intelligence" agencies are out to lunch.

He might have been talking about the "wall" that Clinton's minion's at the state dept erected to keep the cia from telling the fbi about stuff. It seems fair to me that clinton get some of that blame.
