I can think of two occasions where I have seen strange things regarding command window location. 1) A change in screen resolution or dual monitor support. 2) opening a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. instance of Fox. All subsequent instances after the first will not be able to load your customized settings and will resort to FoxPro default.

Does any of that apply to your situation?

>Is anybody else seeing this behavior from VFP? Sometimes when I launch VFP, the command window comes up at the bottom right of the screen. The entire window is off the screen except for the title bar. I have to drag it back into its "normal" position. Also, it has no title bar caption. If I close it and open it again, the "Command" text returns. I'm not sure what's causing this. All my startup program does is set the path and call SDT, so there's really nothing complicated going on at that point.
