One of the things they showed us at our meeting was the worksheets they use to assess their clients every three months -- one page each for Personal Development, Parenting, Education and Finances with a scale from 0 to 100 for each and a concrete list of items to help do the assessment. The directory told us that they'd like to do a longitudinal study of their former clients and are looking for funding for it now.

Now you're talking. I think failure to measure success means it's not a serious attempt to change behavior. Sounds like a great program.
