I use Backup4All, which is cheap and reliable. It backs up my two main computers, which are LANned together through a Linksys router, automatically every night. I don't back up my laptop because I don't keep anything important on it permanently, but could easily do so since it is part of the LAN via wireless connection to the router. The backup media is an external 120 GB Maxtor hard drive connected to a USB 2.0 port. I take full backups about once a month and then let automated incremental backups run while I sleep.

Have not looked into online backup solutions in a couple of years, so this could be dated, but when I did the amount you could back up was too limited to be of much use. Not unless I want to manually specify which files should be backed up, which I don't. I want to set it up and forget about it.
