Not without doing a lot of work -- SDT considers the DBC to be part of the meta data, so it doesn't duplicate things in the DBC like field captions, rules, triggers, etc.

Try backing up the DBC (even just copying the DBC, DCX, and DCT files to another directory) and then using VALIDATE DATABASE RECOVER to see if that helps.
