Thanks, I am going to work on the html idea. I tried using the courier font, but it didn't seem to help. Will try some others....
I am definitely going to send the file to email directly. Got that part ironed out this morning. We have FoxWeb here on site, and I remember a while back using it to send fox query results to a html doc. I will have to see what it can do with report data.
