Now if they could only audit where money has been spent by this administration, especially in Iraq! :)

I understand that 200 people are going to be prosecuted for illegal claims. I would imagine that the money given by the government was thrown at victims in a gesture of good will. It also could be said that the victims were given this money to get their minds off of what a mess the entire event is. This story has not really begun.
