Hello Cindy, the reason I convert them ( the dates ) to strings is for formatting reasons to add them to a ListView.


If I query the DataSet the empty dates have a

Using version 7 of VFPOLEDB
DataType of "System.DateTime" with a value of "System.DBNull"

Using version 9 of VFPOLEDB
DataType of "System.DateTime" with a value of "12/30/1899"
