I tried using the MSINET control from Microsoft in my application to connect to the internet and download html for parsing. This works fine on my machine but was unable to get the OCX to properly register on any other machine. So someone recommended that I use a third party control like Crescent's Internet Pack. Crescent said that they would not support their controls in VFP. So now I am trying to get their CIHTTP to work properly in my form. When I trace the program the OCX works great the control makes the connection and pulls down the page. However when I turn it loose against a table it cannot seem to make the connection and skips thru every record returning no data. Has anyone experienced this before and did you find a work around? I appreciate any thing you can share about this.
