AFAIK, the .NET Framework is optional in ActiveVFP. It should allow you to use built in ASP if the .NET framework is not installed. If you do want to use .NET, you just have to go to the Microsoft web site and download the .net Framework and SDK. I think there is a link in the ActiveVFP documentation.
