When I test this.selstart = len(this.value) my cursor is positioned at the very end of the field itself even if it contains only 2 characters and the field is 10 characters wide. When I use this.selstart = len(alltriM(this.value)) the cursor is positioned at the end of the value. However, I tested in vfp8 and vfp9 because I no longer have vfp6 installed.
>Why would This.SelStart = Len(This.Value) in a Click Event of an Edit box used in a grid column cause the cursor to jump to the first position of the Edit box? I need to position the cursor to the end of Edit box string.
