Well, the dialog title looks like a portion of the definition of the bitclear function. The message body looks like a partial listing of valid data types for tables, or at least table-like structures. It makes no sense, and it was fixed by copying the VFP 9 runtime files. I am just speculating, either corrupted versions of the run-time files already existed on the machine, or perhaps run-time files from an older version of FoxPro existed & caused this nonsense error. Are you in a position to experiment? Do some trial & error w/ versions of run-time files & looking for existing old run-time files & see what makes it break & what makes it work.

We could not get the program to work until we copied the VFP 9 Runtime files directly into the users data/program folder. Can anyone give any insight on what could cause this? Thanks! By the way the case/syntax/spelling of the dialogue box title contents are correct.
