I am using Remote Desktop Connection but it is very slow. VNC is very fast but I don't know how can use it through remote.

If you couldn't use VNC for the remote office how do you know it's fast? I use both VNC and RDC and cannot say one is faster. VNC has limitations on usage (such as firewalls, pingable addresses etc). RDC is more flexible IMHO.
