I'm having trouble finding information on the download formats/requirements for these programs. Our head office does this, but I cannot get in touch with the person who knows - and it seems that there is only one. :-| Anyone have experience with this? I'm looking specifcally for the fields it expects, and the text file layout for those fields. Thanks!
