Hi Paul,

T-SQL is the subset/superset of ANSI SQL that is used to program Microsoft SQL Server. The BOL (Books Online, the SQL Server Help) that Sergey mentioned is downloadable from http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sql/2005/downloads/default.mspx.
