I try to reduce the use of external resources as I wish to simplify the installation process. A winAPI call would be the better solution.

It looks like Anatoliy has the solution (as often on his great site). But I'm still looking for free stuff. A decent and complete getfile() should be standard thing by current times... It is not.

But sure a FLL is better than an OCX! Thanks for the link-up:)
