I thought about what Craig said and I don't believe I said poll every single member. If I did, I didn't mean it. Most "non-profit" organizations have committees of interested members that are tasked with these decisions. I don't think it's ever left up to just a few individuals at the top. So, let's say get an idea of what the 25-50% of the membership interested in a community web project thought. Maybe a poll in that particular discussion section? I would think this is reasonable and, at the very least, constructive criticism?
