>Microsoft Visual FoxPro is a professional developer's database tool, at the high end of the desktop database market, and in the RAD and OOP (object-oriented programming) tools markets. Competitors thus include: Borland Delphi, dBASE, and Paradox; Sybase PowerBuilder; Oracle PowerObjects; and others. The strength of Visual FoxPro lies in its maturity, power, and performance relative to the competition. Since Visual FoxPro is evolving into the shared components and tools model, its focus in this release is on extensibility and interoperability; rather than addressing specific competitive issues.

If you go to the SQL server questionaire it asks for Data systems you now use. Access is listed in all areas. VB in some & VFP is never listed. Kinda gives you that warm fuzzy feeling doesn't it? (s)
