I'm not sure this what you want, and anyway it's only the beginning of communicating with a webservice.

First of all you have to get a certificate from the provider of the ws.

Check your documentation for which type of certificate your client classes demand (usually base64).

Use Functions / Internet options / Content / Certificates to save it on your machine(s).

Remember that you may have to open port 443 in your firewall.

The rest is more or less automatic.
