The mere fact that they are illegal makes it rather difficult to count them, doesn't it ? But aside of that - on a EU scale - i'm afraid we might arrive at simular figures.
If they are legal they oc receive the same benefits as indigenous people.
If they are illegal they will receive medical care fe but risk being put on a plane afterwards <s>
