I was thinking about adding in the spaces but then if i add another tab i would probably have to re calculate the spaces. i was hoping that there was a property like tab.row and i could say 1 or 2, maybe in vfp10 :)

>Ah, I understand better now. Well, I don't believe there's any way to explicitly say what tabs will wind up in what row. The best you can do is get things in the order you like & perhaps pad the page.caption text with spaces on the right. Using the right number of spaces will increase the size of the tab & start forcing more tabs to the next row. Might involve some fancy math on your part to figure out how many spaces to use & when, but it's conceptually possible.
