I am entering into an agreement wherein I shall be recieving shares in a new corporation as part payment for my work.

I am a little nervous because I know almost nothing about the different kinds of shares and assessing the value of the corporation etc.

Does anyone know of any web resources which will help me to educate myself in these matters?
