My boss wants it in a grid. Right now, functionally, it's working fine, except for the coloration. The records appear in a grid. The user chooses how to index the records. As the user enters the search data into the textbox(es), the pointer moves to the closest record. That way, if the user typed something wrong (like a last name or a phone number), the pointer will be near the right record and the user can select it. The user can also search by initials or partial names.
