Well if you're confident that the system and the application have been set up correctly, I would suspect the new system and especially the RAM and/or the video driver.
But I worry that the way you transferred the system was by some kind of disk copying operation. If that is the case then there will surely be problems with drivers and other things (Windows DLLs and such).
Do other applications run correctly on the new system?
