In this case, I should use SET PRINTER TO DEFAULT which will use Windows' default printer then the problem would go away. Would it work?
What I ended up doing was that I installed the printer(just driver and name) that I have on my dev machine on the machine(client's production machine) that's having the problem and the error went away. I'd love to remove that printer and run a test if it weren't the production machine.
