In the past I've also been tricked into:

knocking back a nice glass of lager, with a big frothy head on it, only to discover it was cooking oil topped with washing-up soap suds;

drinking from a bottle of cream soda pop (green in colour) only to discover it was green washing-up liquid;

quaffing a tantalizingly placed/left milkshake, that no-one laid claim to, only to discover it was beetroot!

The bowl of butts was my own doing though.
