See the _environ.vcx file in the FoxPro Foundation Classes and, specifically, the ShellExecute class. That will let you start any app outside VFP by loading a file associated with it (.DOC, .HTM, .XLS, etc.).

There's also the WebBrowser foundation class, but I had trouble with it. It would crash VFP and I had to roll my own. Anyway, this lets you embed IE onto a VFP form.
