After reading everyones responses I new what to look for.

I searned on google for "How to remove the printer information from VFP reports"

and got the following answer:

Stefan is correct. I would like to add that you should probably remove any

printer information from the report form by clearing the Expr, Tag and Tag2

fields. When you make a report with the Report Wizard, information on the

default printer is stored in the report. If this information differs from

the default printer on the user's machine, you can have a problem.

I then went into the table of the report as follows
use reports\courseReg.frx
Browse

and cleard the fields mentioned above from the first row.

Now, I could follow you guys with the set printer command
