No, no, no... I mean at the Presidential level we'd need a vast majority to overhaul the current 2-party system. Especially considering that, of late, Presidents have held high office elsewhere, and to do that you pretty much have to sell your soul to one of the 2 parties.
But certainly at the grassroots, local level -- and maybe even in a few cases, up to governor, like Minnesota w/Ventura -- almost anything's possible.
