Generally I'm left-handed (but no leftist). But my right shoulder has always been stronger, so I throw right-handed. My strong eye is my left one, so generally I shoot left-handed, except with an M16 which had a nasty habit of flinging fired cases into my face.
When playing pool, I suck just as bad shooting either left or right-handed.
I can use a mouse with either hand. But I keep it on the left, partly to avoid RSI (my right arm would be too far away) but mostly to mess with anyone that sits at my desk.
