If we pull out Iraq will quickly become Afghanistan on a larger scale, ruled by warlords. The Shiites and Sunnis are not going to suddenly become all chummy just because the U.S. is gone.
I don't think they will either, but I find it curious that the bombing occured just as the Sunni political parties were reaching an accord to participate in the new government.
