Bush can talk about crusade all he wants, but it is the officers down in the bunkers that have to push the buttons to lauch those bombs. And all of them have their own mind, they deside if they want to launch that bomb and suffer the conscious of nucluer fall out, or Not launch and suffer disobeying an order. Most, unless there are bombs already landing on our soil will choose to Not launch. We do have a conscious here, it just does not always show.
Does Iran have the same system, where another person, other then the one doing the order, gets to push the button, and is far away from the Orderer (Commander in Chief)? Hope this makes sense.
