I don't think so. You're talking, essentially, about tyranny of the majority here and that doesn't wash when it comes to PERSONAL FREEDOMS.
Sure, the court could have said "... so we order that anyone who cares to carry a knife is allowed to do so without fear of some law hampering them..." but they didn't. In fact, they did quite the opposite, stating that the ruling applied specifically and only to that religion and that requirement of that religion and only to schools definitely did not include places like airports and such.
How does the permission of a Sikh school kid to wear a knife at school infringe on your rights in any way? There's some possibility that he may do harm with it, but then that applies to just about anything anywhere at any time. Cars, baseball bats, plastic bags, a cup of hot coffee, a string or rope, paper, shoes etc could all be used to harm others.
