It seems vague and too insignificant to me. I don't see evidence for terrorist trainingcamps. Other than afghanistan and syria, I don't see iran as a terroristic state.

Not in so many words, but didn't the US call for destruction of communists (Cuba, vietnam, USSR)?
I see little difference here.

BTW, as someoneelse pointed out. Iraq was the agressor, with massive support from the US.
