>It infringes on no one else's rights, and if 'freedom from fear' is an argument then the things I mentioned ought to be banned from schools too and most anywhere else. You never know when a kid might put a plastic bag over someone's head. In fact, I understand it's something kids actually do to themselves today because of the buzz they get at about passing-out time. They use ropes and others' hands for the same purpose too, apparently.

I am not free to carry a knife to school. My rights are already infringed. It's wrong to then permit any group to have the privilege for any reason.

What happens when a bunch of suicidal bombers show up? They're dying by blowing up stuff in the name of their religion. Should they be allowed to carry explosives into schools?

What happens if one is holding a copy of the muhammed cartoon? Is it fair that several armed teenage boys should gang up on one?

This is just asking for trouble. If the supreme court is making decisions we find distasteful and we didn't elect them, then what do we do? Protest? Ya, that'll work.
