Hi Gail,

I was scanning UT for threads pertaining to error 1104 (error reading file) and I stumbled across your thread. I am having same problem with error reading file on NTServer 4.0 running VFP 5.0 app. The error seems to happen when a user is idle on my app for more than...say 10-15 minutes or more and then tries to resume work in my app. I have extremely limited access to the server and my IS network folks are pointing fingers at my app not the server. Any thoughts on where I should go from here? Did you get your problem corrected? I'm at my witts end on this one..very frustrating. Thanks for any information!
