I'm not sure, but i think there is no way of doing that, because the listindex property returns (and is) always the row number that you selected, or the row number selected initialy by VFP using it's defaults. Mouse move doesn't mean selection of any row, therefore you don't change any list property only by moving the mouse over it.
Sure you could get the rowheight of the list and make complicated operations with the mouse position, but i don't know a way of doing that.
